1 onion  chopp fine

1/2 Bell Pepper chopp fine

1 Tom chopp fine

1 Garlic Minced

1 Bay Leaf

1 tsp Oregano crush

2. oz capers

8 olives, pimento stuffed-thin roun

2 tsp Wine Vinegar

3 TBS Tom sauce

1/4 C Burgandy Wine

2 - 4 drops Hot sauce

1/2 tsp brown sugar

Dash Nutmeg

1/2 C Water

Heat oil>saute onion, pepp, tom, Bay Leaf,  oreg,& capers
